The Nexara Tower, 7th Key, is a 40-storey residential and commercial building located in the Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) in Dubai District 11. With the contemporary UK-inspired design, Nexara Tower will have more than 180 units consisting of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments, and 4- and 5-bedroom duplexes, with sizes ranging between 650 and 3,000 sq ft.


This new project Dubai focuses on natural lighting, external areas, and flexible balconies. With a strategic positioning in the area close to Hessa Street and the main city roads, the residents will find it easy to access Downtown Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, and Dubai International Airport. Handover is scheduled for Q2 2028.
