One of the most affordable yet high-class areas in Dubai, the International City is a development by Nakheel. The development of International City began back in 2002. It spans an area of about 800 hectares as of now.


This mixed-used development is recognized worldwide for its signature low-rise communities. The area is subdivided into several districts each with a theme that relates to a certain country or culture such as Greece, Persia, China, Italy, Russia, England etc.

Area Guide for International City

The International City is in Al Warsan region where it borders several key communities including Silicon Oasis as well as Dubai International Academic City. This area gives you access to unparalleled community living in 10 different themed building clusters.
